Otacute has made it our duty to answer any request, notices, or complaints within the best possible times and in an equitable way in so far as us contacting within the 10 days starting from the reception of the order. Our goal is to satisfy our customers in good faith and we will endeavor to find a means in which to arrive at a solution right and equitable for any problems.
This is why we ask you to NEVER contact your credit card or PayPal to discuss a payment with us. If there is problem, contact us first, so that we can better serve YOU!
If a customer carries out a blocking of payment of our services, we will strongly dispute this action in all cases, we will remove all other possible orders for this customer, we will block their account on Otacute and will not accept any more orders from them. Moreover, we will add this customer to our black list; this list on which we communicate regularly with other online stores of similar service.

PAYMENT SYSTEM

The payment for goods in a foreign currency is always complicated and sometimes hazardous, especially when acts of pre-orders are involved.
We devised a system offering our customers a means of regulating their order in the simplest way, clearly and without risk in spite of the fluctuations of foreign exchange rates! We post our prices and accept the payments in Euro and American dollars. For products available in stock, customer can pay their order when your this one will be confirmed. For the products that are not available in stock, such as pre-orders or that are being produced for re-stocking, we will send the invoice by email to the customer as soon as the ordered products arrive in stock! If due to conversion rate exchanges between currencies should occur between the currency you have chosen and the Japanese Yen, in the interval of the ordering date and the invoicing date, the price of the products should rise. However, Otacute will assume this risk for you up to a variation of 15%! It is our promise to you! Moreover, according to the fluctuation of the conversion rate, IT COULD BE A BENEFIT FOR YOU!
Indeed, if the conversion rate enables us to propose you a lower price at the time we will send you the invoice, we will apply this rate to your product’s price. The shipping mode can be chosen when the order is paid. This is the reason why shipping costs are shown as estimated costs, until the final invoice is made. The currency rate that is available for the date of payment will be applied to the shipping costs. We thus propose to you a rare service and quality. This is why we ask you to NEVER cancel a placed order.
