Important Update: August 29
This is to advise that the Otacute site will be shut down from October 31. From this date customers will not be able to access their accounts, however, we will still have account data including order information on hand. All communication including product arrival notifications and payment requests will be done manually; no automated emails including cancellation notifications and payment reminders will be sent. With regards to payments, we will issue a single PayPal payment request for product/s and shipping after orders arrive. Payment is due within 7 days of issuing payment request. Please note that split and combine features will cease from October 31 and shipping will be reduced to 1 to 2 times per week.
On October 10 we will contact customers to confirm their payment commitment on running orders. It is important that customers respond to this email to confirm their payment commitment as unanswered emails will result in all orders being cancelled. Please wait for this email to arrive before contacting us to confirm your payment commitment. We are however accepting pre-order cancellations for orders yet to arrive.

With much regret and great sadness we wish to advise that Otacute will be closing for business. We sincerely apologize for the sudden notification and will do our very best to ensure a smooth closing. Of course, we intend to honor all running pre-orders with us. Based on the release dates for running pre-orders we expect the website to be operating up to around October, but this may change depending on manufacturing delays and so forth. As for immediate adjustments, we plan to stop advertizing and accepting pre-orders over the next couple of weeks and plan to stop accepting all new pre-orders and back-orders by May 31. In-stock products can still be purchased while we are operating. We would also like to note that we are accepting cancellations for products scheduled for release from September onwards. Any updates will be posted on this page. Your support and understanding is greatly appreciated.
