All orders are shipped once payment is confirmed. Customers are able to select their preferred method of shipping from the methods listed below. However, size and weight conditions apply to each method respectively. Any customs tax that may apply is the responsibility of the customer. This option does not include a tracking number and there is NO way to investigate the whereabouts of goods if they are not delivered. Although the risk is very low, Otacute does not assume responsibility for any items lost when using Small Packet shipping. Nevertheless, for a little extra you may add a tracking number to Small Packet. This option is highly recommended as it provides a secure means to ship your orders and includes insurance up to 6000JPY. Note that Small Packet will not be available if an order does not meet all Small Packet restrictions. If an order is deemed eligible for Small Packet delivery by Otacute, but cannot be sent Small Packet due to weight, size or destination restrictions at the time of shipment, it will be shipped SAL Parcel and Otacute will assume all additional shipping costs. However, if and when the product size is displayed on the product information page and it is obvious that the total order will not meet Small Packet conditions, Small Packet should not be selected.

All in-stock and back-order shipping estimates can be calculated, however, the weight of pre-orders is not available so estimates will not be correct until the product arrives.
